Network Support

We can provide you with a support service for your peer to peer or Windows Server Network

 

Option 1 - Call Out (No Contract)

 

£40 + vat per hour - Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm  

 

Option 2 - Retainer Contract

 

£150 + vat per month which includes on-site time of up to 5 hours per month where required.

(Equivalent to £30 per hour)

 

All additional call out visits/time on option 3 will be charged at £25 per hour

 

Option 3 - Integrated Partnership Contract

 

£50 + vat per week to include 1 x regular 2 hour weekly visit to perform routine maintenance and address any problems (Equivalent to £25 per hour)

 

All additional call out visits/time on option 3 will be charged at £25 per hour

 

All options are subject to the surcharges detailed below...

Sat, Sun & after 5 pm weekdays          £60 + vat per hour
